| 摘 要： | 目的探讨情志干预对气滞血瘀型心绞痛患者抑郁情绪及临床疗效的影响。方法将符合诊断并伴发抑郁症状的64例患者随机分为两组，中医内科常规治疗为对照组，中医内科常规治疗合并情志干预为治疗组，治疗4周后，比较治疗前后患者心绞痛积分与疗效、中医证候积分与疗效、心电图疗效、SDS及HRSD评分的变化。结果治疗组在心绞痛积分与疗效、中医证候积分与疗效方面优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），在缓解抑郁症状方面明显优于对照纽（P〈0．01）。结论气滞血瘀型心绞痛患者常伴发抑郁情绪，在进行常规治疗的同时配合进行情志干预，可显著改善患者的抑郁情绪．提高临床疗效。
