摘    要:煤矿大断面巷道的快速开挖和深部巷道稳定是保证矿井可持续、安全、高效生产的关键。分析了巷道掘进速度不能满足生产的原因,为了实现快速掘进,控制深部巷道的稳定性,提出了一种新的超前临时支护体系。该系统由柔性长锚杆组成,预紧力高、间距大。现场实测表明,该支护系统有效地控制了变形和裂隙发育,顶板开挖和回采的最大位移分别为10 mm和30 mm,裂隙只向围岩中延伸1.4 m。新的支护体系形成了较厚的加筋锚固区,极大地提高了顶板的承载能力。与原支护体系相比,新支护体系的最大开挖速度提高了80%。

Abstract:The rapid excavation of large section of coal mines and the stability of deep roadways are the keys to ensure sustainable,safe and efficient production.This article analyzes the reason why the driving speed cannot meet the production.In order to achieve rapid excavation and control the stability of deep roadways,a new advanced temporary supporting system is proposed.The system is composed of flexible long anchor rods with high pre-tightening force and large spacing.Field measurements show that the supporting system effectively controls the deformation and the development of cracks.The maximum displacements of roof excavation and stoping are 10 mm and 30 mm,respectively.The fissure only extends 1.4 meters into the surrounding rock.The new supporting system forms a thicker reinforced anchorage zone,which greatly improves the bearing capacity of the roof.Compared with the original support system,the maximum excavation speed of the new support system has been increased by 80%.
