无线传感器网络技术在煤矿通风机监测系统设计中的应用研究

摘    要:煤矿中通风机运行过程的稳定性对煤矿生产安全有重要影响。基于先进的无线传感器网络技术构建了通风机的监测系统,无线网络使用的是ZigBee无线技术,主控芯片具体型号为CC2430,具有功耗低、部署成本低、数据传输安全可靠等优势。基于电量变送器、铂热电阻传感器、加速度传感器、微压变送器对电机的电参量、关键点温度、设备振动情况、通风机负压等状态信息进行监测,如果发现状态数据超过系统设置的安全阈值,会向外发出报警信号。利用KingView 6.53软件平台,基于模块化思想对监测系统软件程序进行设计。将设计的监测系统部署到煤矿工程实践中,经现场测试发现各项功能都得以实现,取得了良好的安全效益和经济效益。

Abstract:The stability of the operation process of the fan in the coal mine has an important impact on the safety of the coal mine production.Based on the advanced wireless sensor network technology,the monitoring system of the ventilator was constructed.The wireless network used ZigBee wireless technology.The specific model of the main control chip was CC2430,which had the advantages of low power consumption,low deployment cost,safe and reliable data transmission and so on.Based on the power transmitter,platinum thermal resistance sensor,acceleration sensor,and micro-pressure transmitter,the electrical parameters of the motor,the temperature of key points,the vibration of the equipment,the negative pressure of the ventilator and other state information were monitored.If the state data was found to exceed the system settings If the safety threshold was reached,an alarm signal would be sent out.Using KingView 6.53 software platform,the monitoring system software program was designed based on the idea of modularization.The designed monitoring system was deployed in the practice of coal mine engineering,and it was found through field tests that all functions were realized,and good safety and economic benefits were achieved.
