盾尾密封全过程管理要点与实践

为解决盾尾密封损坏导致的工程安全和进度问题,通过跟踪、统计多项盾构隧道工程盾尾密封使用和更换情况,总结盾尾密封的失效形式,并分析盾尾密封失效的原因,主要表现在盾尾密封设计缺陷、盾尾刷制造与安装质量差、油脂填充质量不高、施工过程控制不严以及应急预案准备不充分等方面。提出基于全过程管理理念的盾尾密封管理方法,从盾尾密封设计、盾尾刷制造和安装、初装油脂、施工管理、应急管理5个阶段,对盾尾密封的全过程管理要点和对策进行系统研究。该方法在中俄东线天然气管道长江盾构穿越工程得到成功应用,保障了盾构施工中盾尾密封安全,为盾尾密封的科学管理提供了新的思路和举措。

Key Points and Practice of Entire Process Managementof Shield Tail Seals

Damaged shieldtail seals often cause safety and progress problems. As a result, the failuremodes of shield tail seals are outlined by summarizing shield tail seal usageand replacement cases in various shield tunnel projects. Thereafter, the causesfor shield tail seal failure are analyzed, including design defects, poor manufacturingand installation quality, poor grease filling quality, loose control of theconstruction process, and insufficient emergency plan preparation. Thus, ashield tail seal management method based on the concept of entire processmanagement is proposed, and the key points and countermeasures of entireprocess management of shield tail seals are systematically studied from theaspects of the design of shield tail seal, manufacturing and installation ofshield tail brush, initial filling of grease, construction management, andemergency management. Furthermore, this method was successfully applied in theYangtze river crossing shield tunnel of the Sino Russiaeastern natural gas pipeline project, which ensures the safety of the shieldtail seal in shield tunneling and provides new ideas and measures forscientific management of shield tail seals.
