| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨H形皮瓣在头皮缺损修复中的应用效果.方法:自2005年10月至2007年8月,采用H形皮瓣修复头皮缺损11例,头皮缺损面积约4.5cm×5.0cm～6.0era×7.0cm.结果:术后皮瓣全部成活,随访3个月～12个月,功能和美容效果满意.结论:H形皮瓣是修复头皮缺损的一种简单、可靠且美容效果良好的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective： To approach the effect of the application of H - shaped skin flap in reparation of scalp defect. Method： 11 cases of scalp defect with the defect area of 4. 5cm ×5. 0cm -6. 0cm ×7. 0cm collected from October of 2005 to August of 2007 were applied with H - shaped skin flap for reparation. Result： All the skin flaps were survived after surgery and the skin function and cosmetic appearance were satisfactory during the follow - up visits of 3 - 12 months. Conclusion： H- shaped skin flap is an ideal method for scalp defect reparation. It is a simple, reliable way and has a good cosmetic result. |
