应用干骺端骨连接性参数进行废用性骨质疏松症预防措施的比较

目的：比较不同预防废用性骨质疏松措施干预后骨小梁连接性参数的变化情况。方法：自制幼年大鼠废用性骨质疏松模型，用电针、补钙等不同干预措施干预4周后进行股骨下段干骺端(松质骨)标本节点数和游离末端数测量。结果：废用性骨质疏松骨小梁节点数明显减少。游离末端数相对增多。电针组与废用性骨质疏松对照组比较节点数增加，有统计学意义。结论：骨小梁节点数的下降是废用性骨质疏松的主要病理特征，该参数测定对废用性骨质疏松的诊断、风险预测、治疗及预防措施的比较有较大参考价值。电针刺激可有效预防废用性骨质疏松。

The compare of the predictive methods for disuse osteoporosis through observing the parameters of cancellous bone connective of disuse osteoporosis

Objective: To explore the changes of cancellous bone connective of disuse osteoporosis and compare them after different defending methods being used. Methods: We measured the numbers of nodes and free ends in the epiphyses parts of thighbone in the young rats models, in the speciments of epiphyses parts of thighbone after treatments with acusector and calcium for 4 weeks. Results: The numbers of nodes of disuse osteoporosis decrease distinctly and free ends in the distal parts of thighbone increase relatively. The numbers of nodes of group treated with acusector, as compared with the untreated group, the increase in the numbers of nodes of disuse osteoporosis treated with acusector was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The decrease in the number of trabecular is the principal pathological characteristics of osteoporosis. The measurement of the parameters is of great value as reference for the diagnosis of osteoporosis, the prediction of the risk of fracture, compare of methods of therapy and prediction in the experiments. Treatment with acusector may predict disuse osteoporosis effectually.
