| 摘 要： | 以近30年来黑龙江省气象灾害造成的粮食损失资料为背景,通过对比分析可以得到主要粮食作物如水稻、小麦、玉米、大豆等总产量与成灾面积成反方向变化的趋势.其次运用计算模型和灰色关联分析对黑龙江省气象灾害造成的粮食经济损失和抵御气象灾害各项指标强度进行了分析,得出农业抗灾能力依次为堤防长度、机电排灌站装机容量、水库容量、有效灌溉面积的结论,这个结论为"十二五"期间政府农业减灾防灾投入方向提供依据.

| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes the meteorological disasters and agricultural production of Heilongjiang Province in the recent 30 years.Through comparative analysis,it can be seen that gross output of rice,wheat,corn and soy bean and disastrous area change oppositely.Through model calculation and gray correlation analysis,this paper analyzes the economic loss of grain production arising from meteorological disasters in Heilongjiang Province and meteorological disaster resistance indicators. |
