上海市医疗保险职工意愿自负医疗费用比例的调查

目的：寻求上海市医疗保险职工意愿自负医疗费用比例的主要影响因素，为上海市职工医疗保险制度可持续发展提供制订有关政策的科学依据。方法：现场调查、问卷调查、多分类有序反应变量的Logistic回归分析、SAS统计分析等。结果：2001年6月对上海市12所医疗门诊、住院参保病人2000人，进行职工意愿自负医疗费用比例及其14个影响因素的调查分析。结论：个人收入、住院费用年均自负能力、门诊费用月均自负能力、职工对医保的态度、医保报销方便程度、医疗服务质量、医疗服务态度等是影响医疗保险职工意愿自负医疗费用比例的主要因素。

Logistic Regression Analysis on Willing Pay Proportion of Medical Expenditure by Workers about Medical Insurance in Shanghai

Objective To explore the main influence factors on the willing pay proportion of medical expenditure by workers and to provide scientific evidences for laying down the policy about medical insurance in Shanghai.Methods Field survey, questionnaire survey, logistic stepwise regression on the response variable of multiple levels and Statistical Analysis System(SAS) were employed. Investigations and analyses of willing pay proportion of medical expenditure by 2 000 workers and its influence factors about medical insurance in the year 2000 in Shanghai were carried out.Results & Conclusion The main influence factors on willing pay proportion of medical expenditure by workers are income, payment ability, the attitude on medical insurance, service quality on medical insurance, and so on.
