摘    要:桔梗作为一种传统的中药材,为药食同源品种,在我国分布较广。桔梗化学成分主要包括齐墩果酸型五环三萜皂苷、多糖类、黄酮类、酚类、甾醇类、脂肪酸及其他类等,这些化学成分具有良好的生物活性,在祛痰止咳、抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血压等方面具有明显的效果。该文对桔梗化学成分的分离提取方法及其药理作用进行概述,为桔梗资源的开发与利用提供理论基础。

Abstract:Platycodon grandiflorum, as a traditional Chinese medicine, is a homologous variety of medicine and food, which is widely distributed in China. The chemical components of P. grandiflorum mainly include oleanolic acid-type pentacyclic triterpene saponins, polysaccharides, flavonoids, phenols, phenols, fatty acids and other components, which have good biological activities and obvious effects in expectorant cough, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-tumor, lowering blood glucose, lowering blood pressure and so on. The separation and extraction method, and pharmacological effects of chemical components from P. grandiflorum were summarized, to provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of P. grandiflorum resources.
