全封闭活塞式制冷压缩机阀板改造可靠性实验研究

摘    要:以河南理工大学实验室所具备的制冷压缩机性能实验台(ZLRB—B)为研究对象,针对全封闭活塞压缩机进行多次开壳、阀板改造的实验研究,通过性能参数与机壳表面振动信号的测试分析之后,得出改变阀板厚度可有效提高制冷压缩机的制冷量,并能够找出最优阀板厚度,为活塞压缩机的节能和压缩机阀件的可靠性设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the refrigerating compressor - testing platform, the experiment that repeated cutting frame and reformation on the valve plate were studied. By testing and analyzing on the performance parameter and vibrating signals of the compressor frame, the conclusion that reducing the valve plate thickness can increase the refrigerating efficiency was drove, and the optimum thickness was found, which can make piston - type refrigerating compressor energy conservation and afford us theory principle on reliability design.
