| 摘 要： | 目的探讨标准原位肝移植、经典背驮式肝移植和改良背驮式肝移植三种术式的优缺点。方法自2001年3月至2004年12月,对35例肝炎后肝硬化和急性重症肝炎患者施行了肝移植术,其中标准原位肝移植组11例,经典背驮式组9例,改良背驮式组15例。结果改良背驮式肝移植组的手术时间最短,术中出血输血量少,肝功能恢复快。结论改良背驮式肝移植手术操作简便,医疗费用少。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effects of three different operational patterns of liver transplantation in clinical application.Methods 35 patients with terminal hepatic diseases underwent three operational procedures: standard orthotopic liver transplantation (SOLT) in 11 cases, piggyback OLT (POLT) in 9 cases, modified POLT (MPOLT) in 15 cases.Results Comparing with SOLT and POLT, MPOLT took the shortest operative duration; and was also accompanied with the least amount of hemorrhage in the operation; and the soonest recovery of liver function.Conclusion MPOLT is easy to perform and has less expense. |
