| 摘 要： | 目的通过测定亚急性衰老小鼠红细胞中SOD、血浆中CAT、肝组织中GSH-PX的活力,探讨艾灸督脉经穴的延缓衰老作用.方法以D-半乳糖造成的亚急性衰老小鼠为实验对象,艾灸"大椎"、"命门"、"足三里"穴,治疗结束后测定SOD、CAT、GSH-PX等酶的活力.结果各治疗组与模型组比较,各抗氧化酶的活力明显上升,有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);各治疗组与空白组比较,各酶的活力接近空白组,无显著性意义(P>0.05);各治疗组间比较,无显著差异(P>0.05).结论提示艾灸大椎、命门穴具有延缓衰老的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: By determining the subacute senium mice's activity of SOD in the red blood cells, CAT in the blood plasma and GSH-PX in hepatic tissues, to explore the function of postponing senility by moxibustion on the points of Governor Vessel (GV). Method: First, making subacute senium mice induced by D-galactose. Second, applying moxibution on the model mice at the points: Dazhui, Mingmen and Zusanli and then determining the activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-PX. Result: Compared with model group, each treatment group showed markedly increased antioxidase activity which held significance or great significance (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the blank group, the results of each treatment group approached the result of the blank one, which was not significantly different (P>0.05).In comparison of each treatment group, there was no much difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The experiment suggests the effect of postponing senility by moxibustion on Duzhui and Mingmen. |
