审证求因治疗斑秃

目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨证论治斑秃经验。方法:以医案形式阐述斑秃的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:斑秃病因病机为抑郁化火,或素体内热,血热生风形成血热风燥证;肝郁气滞,或久病成瘀,瘀血阻络形成气滞血瘀证;脾胃损伤,或久病气血两虚,血不养发形成气血两虚证;病程日久,肝肾亏虚,血不养发形成肝肾不足证。常用方药为凉血消风散、通窍活血汤、人参养荣汤、七宝美髯丹。结论:辨证论治斑秃疗效显著。
