垂直汇流中空化状态分级探讨

摘    要:空化空蚀现象、特征和机理的深入了解和认识,对于计算确定空化诱生荷载、预报空化空蚀危害等方面都有重要作用。本文系统地研究了作者根据水利工程中交汇水流和横轴漩涡空化空蚀破坏实例而设计的垂直汇流实验装置中空化发生、发展的一系列空化现象和特征,以初生空化和阻塞空化作为空化发展的两个重要性态转变指标,对空化的整个发生、发展和演变过程提出了一种新的分级方法,并且对垂直汇流中的各空化状态以10~(-3)秒速度拍摄了照片。本文的工作对其它空化源空化空蚀机理的研究有参考价值。

Abstract:It is essential to profoundly understand phenomena, characteristics and mechanisms of cavitation for computering cavitation load and predicting such damage. Some characteristics are studied in the paper of cavitation occurance and developmeut in vertical intersection flow apparatus designed by the author based the examples of cavitation and its damage in hydro-cle ctrical engineering projects. A new method of cavitation stages is presented with incipient cavitation and blocking cavitation which are two important performance boundaries. Cavitaion photoes of voting stages are taken in the model in 10~(-3) second per photo.
