摘    要:稀硫酸介质中,基于痕量铜(Ⅱ)对溴酸钾氧化鸡冠花红褪色反应具有较强的催化作用.建立了一种高灵敏度测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的新催化动力学法.在优化条件下,方法的线性范围为0.0024-0.56μg/mL,检出限为4.4×10-7g/L用于水样中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:In a dilute sulfuric acid medium,trace copper(Ⅱ) had a strong catalytic effect on oxidation reaction of amaranth by potassium bromat.A new kinetic photometric method for determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) was established.Under the optimal conditions,the linear range of the method was between 0.0024μg/mL and 0.56μg/mL,and the detection limit was 4.4×10-7g/L.The method is applied to the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) in water samples with satisfactory results.
