| 摘 要： | 从企业系统优化角度出发，在拓广数据包络分析（ＤａｔａＥｎｒｅｌｏｐｒｎｅｎｔＡｎａｌｐｓｉｓ，简称ＤＥＡ）的基础上，提出了评价企业发展有效性的一种新方法．该方法建立了按时间序列评价企业发展有效性的数学规划模型，给出了综合评价企业发展规模有效性和技术有效性的判据，定量地分析了企业处于非有效状态的原因和程度，并阐明了企业由非有效状态调整到有效状态的途径．

| Abstract: | In light of the optimization of an enterprise system and on basis of extending the DataEnvelopment Analysis (DEA), this paper presents a new method of efficiency evaluation forthe enterprise development.The method establishes mathematic programmeing formulations fora chronological evaluation of an enterprise development efficiency, provides criterions for acomprehensive evaluation of itS scale and technical effciencies, quantatively points out thecauses and degrees of its inefficient state, and explains its adjustment approches from aninefficient state to the efficient one. |
