分散控制系统传统操作员站的分析与改造

目前分散控制系统(DCS)传统操作员站因主机和附件的老化、损耗严重而故障频发,且备件价格高、购买困难,严重影响到机组的安全和稳定运行;同时其专用和封闭性特点又使数据读取困难,不利于企业信息管理。以国内首先采用PGP通用操作员站替代传统操作员站的鄂州发电有限公司1号机组改造为例,介绍和分析了用通用操作员站替代Bailey传统专用操作员站改造的几种解决方案的特点,指出采用通用计算机、微软系统、内嵌DCS驱动软件的通用监控软件组成的操作员站替代原专用操作员站改造是大势所趋,既能保证电厂的安全稳定运行,又节约了生产、维护费用。

Analysis and retrofit for traditional operator station in DCS

The aging and heavy loss on mainframe and auxiliaries of traditional operator stations resulting in the frequent malfunctions of DCS,together with high cost and difficult purchasing of spare parts,is seriously affecting the safe and reliable operation of units.In addition,the special-used and closed properties make it difficult for data access and corporation-wide information management.Taking the unit retrofit of Ezhou Power Generation Co.Ltd.for instance,which firstly introduced PGP general-purpose operator stations to take the place of the traditional,several solutions for the retrofit were discussed.Based on this,the trend was presented that traditional OIS is to be substituted by the operator station composed of universal PC,MS system and general supervisory software with embedded DCS drivers.Thus can guarantee the safe and reliable operation,and reduce the production and maintenance cost of power plant.
