摘    要:红细胞电泳时间(EPT)是反映红细胞表面电荷密度的一项重要指标,EPT延长,红细胞易于聚集,可致全血粘度升高、微循环障碍.心肺复苏(CPPR)后,EPT的变化目前尚未见报道.本实验通过对新西兰兔心脏骤停模型的研究,探讨了CPR后EPT变化及肝素治疗对其影响.结果显示CPR后EPT明显延长(P<0.01),尤以CPR后10分钟明显,以后逐渐恢复;复苏后早期肝素治疗可使CPR后延长的EPT改善.结论CPR后EPT明显延长,早期肝素治疗可使其改善.

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the changes of EPT that reflects erythrocyte electric changes and the effect of heparin on EPT after CPR. Methods: Prolonged EPT after CPR were observed to study its effects on elevation of whole blood viscosity and obstruction in microcirculation. Results: EPT prolonged after CPR and was eminent at 10 min. and then restored gradually. Administration of heparin early after CPR could ameliorate prolonged EPT. Conclusions: EPT prolonged significantly after CPR. Administration of heparin could ameliorate prolonged EPT after CPR.
