发动机活塞的正交设计

摘    要:本文探讨了活塞设计与正交试验。通过正交试验和试验分析,正确选取活塞参数,试制出性能较好的活塞样品。新试制的活塞各项性能均优于原机活塞。结果表明:正交试验能够节省试制费用、时间和工作量,并且可以优化活塞的设计。

Abstract:This article covers design and orthogonal test of piston. Via orthogonal test and test analysis, we chose the parameters of piston rightly, and obtained trail - manufactured piston of preferable performances. The new and trial - manufactured piston excelled the piston of original machine on each item of performances. The result indicates that orthogonal test can economize trial -manufactured expenditure, time and work load. Moreover, it can optimize the design of piston.
