摘    要:目的探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚在人工流产手术中的应用效果。方法选择人工流产术者300例随机均分为观察组(术前30min肌肉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚1mg)和对照组(不用任何药物)。比较两组的宫颈松弛程度,疼痛程度及人工流产综合征的发生率。结果观察组的镇痛有效率为973%,显著高于对照组(42.0%,P〈0.01);观察组的人工流产综合征发生率为4%,显著低于对照组(22%,P〈0.01)。观察组扩张宫颈有效率为98.0%,显著高于对照组(86.0%,P〈0.01)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚具有良好的松弛宫颈及镇痛效果,对心率、血压影响小,能较好地预防人工流产综合征的发生。

Abstract:Objective To inestigate the effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride in artificial abortion. Methods 300 women undergoing artificial abortion were randomly divided into 2 equal groups: experimentaal group given muscular injection of penehyclidine hydrochloride 1 mg 30 min before the operation, and control group without drug treatment. The curative effects were observed. Results The analgesic effective rate of the experimental group was 97.3%, significantly higher than that of the control group (42.0%, P 〈 0.01). The prevalence rate of artificial abortion syndrome of the experimental group was 4%, significantly lower than that of the control group (22%, P 〈 0.01). The cervical dilatation rate of the experimental group was 98.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group (86.0%,P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride is effective in analgesia and cervical dilatation and seldom causes artificial abortion syndrome.
