Research on Risk Management Method and Its Application in Hospital Management

Objective To analyze the hospital risk management method and observe the effect of risk management in hospital management.Methods Our hospital has applied risk management methods in management since January 2020,Randomized sampling of 500 patients before(from February to October 2019),after(from February to October 2020),the effect of management was observed.Results After the risk management was carried out,the incidence of risk events was lower than before the start,and the medical service quality score,patient satisfaction score,and medical staff's knowledge,trust and action scores were higher than before the start,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of risk management method in hospital management can effectively reduce the risk events in the process of providing medical services,improve the quality of medical services,and make patients more satisfied.
