摘    要:本研究以某钢铁企业高炉煤气回收水冷系统为对象,分析研究了低热值高炉煤气与不同预热温度空气的同轴扩散气流在绝热炉膛内混合和燃烧的特点,建立了κ-ε双方程燃烧数学模型,并对其同轴扩散气流燃烧特性进行了模拟研究.研究结果表明:空气预热温度的升高能够有效促进化学反应活性较差的CO参与燃烧反应,同时CO化学反应速度也得到有效提高...

Abstract:According to a water⁃cooling system for recovery of blast furnace gas in an iron and steel enterprise,the mixing and combustion characteristics of low calorific value blast furnace gas and coaxial diffused air at different preheating temperatures in an adiabatic furnace were analyzed and studied.The k⁃εtwo⁃phase combustion mathematical model was established,and the combustion characteristics of coaxial diffused air were simulated.The results showed increasing air preheating temperature can effectively promote the participation of CO in the combustion reaction with less chemical reactivity,and at the same time,the CO chemical reaction speed also effectively increased.Moreover,a large number of combustible components of blast furnace gas was more concentrated within the range of 0.1 to 0.2m from the outlet of the burner for combustion.Under the action of air preheating,the burnout performance of all combustible components in blast furnace gas decreased,and the burnout performance of CH4 decreased most obviously.It was beneficial to shorten the combustion stroke of low calorific value and hard to ignite blast furnace gas,effectively promoted the combustion of CO in blast furnace gas,and was beneficial to the optimization of combustion device structure and the recovery of blast furnace gas.
