| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方苦参注射液对肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法肺癌化疗患者83例,随机分为观察组(复方苦参联合化疗)和单纯化疗组,另外选取31例健康人作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测外周血T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞数。结果治疗前,观察组和化疗组外周血T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞数量显著低于健康对照组(P0.01)。化疗后,化疗组和观察组外周血T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞数均较化疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但观察组各指标均显著高于化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论肺癌患者细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态,化疗进一步抑制肺癌患者的免疫功能。应用复方苦参注射液可改善化疗对肺癌患者的免疫抑制状态。
