严重多发性创伤74例的急救护理

目的探讨严重多发伤病人的急诊急救护理,寻求提高抢救成功的对策,降低死亡率。方法对我院急诊科2008年5月～2010年4月期间收治的74例严重多发伤病人的临床资料进行分析,对其采取了一系列的急救护理措施:快速判断伤情,准确执行急救程序VICSO,有针对性地做好术前准备,科间协作等。结果全组抢救脱险67例,抢救成功率91%。死亡7例,呼吸循环衰竭,院前死亡为主要死亡原因。结论多发伤病人急救过程中,急救意识的强化,准确的判断伤情,急救程序的科学应用是提高存活率的关键。
