新型两性吸附树脂的研制与性能研究

摘    要:以对氨基苯磺酸、苯酚、甲醛为基本原料,设计并合成了内盐结构稳定、对 (NH4)2SO4有较大亲合力的新型两性吸附树脂-PSN树脂,研究了PSN树脂对 (NH4)2SO4的吸附性质,同时研究了PSN树脂对 (NH4)2SO4的吸附等温线的静态性能。实验结果表明,PSN树脂对 (NH4)2SO4的吸附是以分子吸附形式进行,常温下PSN树脂对与自身结构相似的 (NH4)2SO4饱和吸附量可达3.16mmol/g干树脂,吸附等温线符合Langmuir等温方程。

Abstract:A new type of amphoteric adsorbent-PSN resin which exhibited high adsorption capacity of (NH4)2SO4 was designed and prepared, p-amine benesulforic acid, formaldehyde and phenol as raw materials. The adsorption character of (NH4)2SO4 by PSN resin, adsorption isotherm were studied. The results showed that the inorganic electrolyte molecules were adsorbed by PSN resin and the saturated adsorption capacity was 3.16mmol/g dry resin. The adsorption equilibrium of (NH4)2SO4 by PSN was corresponded to Langmuir equation.
