纤维胆道镜在胆道探查术中及术后的应用价值探讨(附88例报告)

目的 探讨纤维胆道镜在胆道探查术中及术后的应用价值。方法 88例胆道探查手术病人术中使用胆道镜，其中25 例并术后使用胆道镜。结果 23例肝胆管结石术中术后胆镜检及取石，残石2例，残石率8．7％(2／23)。65例胆总管结石术中胆镜及取石无残石。结论 胆道探查术中及术后应用胆道镜有助于降低胆管残石率，术后经T管窦道施胆镜技术可有效清除胆管残石。

Value of intraoperative and postoperative choledochoscopic treatment for patients undergoing exploration of bile duct: A report of 88 patients

Objective To study the value of intraoperative and postoperative choledochoscopic treatment for patient undergoing exploration of the bile duct. Methods The 88 cases received intraoperative choledochoscopic treatment, and the 25 cases received postoperative choledochoscopic treatment. Results Amongist the 23 cases with hepatolithiasis treated with intraoperative and postoperative choledochscope, the 2 cases had residual stones and the residual stone rate was 8.7%.There were no the residual stone in the 65 cases with the common bile duct stones received the intraoperative choledochoscope. Conclusions Treatment with choledochoscope in and after the exploration of the bile duct is useful to decrease the residual stone rate and through T tube fistulas can effectively remove the residual stones in the bile duct in patients with hepatolithisis.
