人参总皂甙对小鼠骨髓基质细胞RNA表达及其细胞因子诱生的影响

摘    要:采用胶片法(细胞贴壁胶片生长法)及放射自显影等技术,较系统地观察了人参总甙(TGS)对小鼠骨髓基质细胞RNA表达的时相特点及对细胞因子IL-3、11-6诱生的影响。结果表明.TGS在体外对小鼠骨髓基质细胞RNA的代谢有明显的促进效应.并且发现骨髓基质细胞实验上清中IL-3、IL-6因子的活性显著高于正常对照组。在此基础上。又利用放射自显影技术做为胶片法可行性的佐证.取得满意结果。

Abstract:Effects of panax ginshenoside (PGS) on RNA expression and IL-6、 IL-3 induction of bone marrow stromal cell(BMSC) were observed systematically by applying Jiaopian technique(a new method for studying stromal cells)and radioautography etc.The results showed that PGS could stimulate synthesis of RNA metabolism of BMSC in vitro,and it could enhance the activity of IL-6 IL-3 in experimental supernants of BMSC compared with normal control.With the aids of radioautography,Jiaopian technique was found to be very convenient for studying RNA DNA metablism of stromal cells.
