| 摘 要： | 对34例消化性溃疡和25例正常人的血浆TXB、6-酮-PGF_1进行了测定,结果表明.溃疡组各期(?)TXB_2/6-酮-PGF_1)比值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),溃疡组活动期患者的TXB(?)含量明显高于愈合期及对照组(P<0.05),且各期患者的6-酮—PGF含量和对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。溃疡组中Hp组阳性及Hp阴 性患者的TXB 6-酮-PGF_1及TXB_2/6-酮-PGF_1比较均无差异(P>0.05);提示消化性溃疡存在TXB_2—PGF_1的失衡.其可能参与消化性溃疡的发病,Hp感染不影响溃疡患者血中TXB_2及PGF_1的含量 TXB_2增高可能是活动期溃疡周围炎症反应所

| Abstract: | Background/Aims: Plasma 6-Keto-PGF1 and thromboxane B2(TXB2) were measured in 34 patients with peptic ulcer and 25 normal subjects by RIA. Results: The TXB2/6-Keto-PGF ratio value was significantly higher in patients with peptic ulcer than that in normal subjects. The TXB. content ratio value was also significantly higher in patients with active peptic ulcer than those with healed ulcer and normal subjects. There was no obvious change about 6-Keto-PGF1 content in the two groups Positive and negative H.pylori (Hp) infection had no influnce on plasma TXB2. 6-Keto-PGF and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1 ratio among the two groups. Conclusions: The imbalance of TXB2-PGF would be involved in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer. |
