| 摘 要： | 介绍了变速箱轴承早期失效形式,分析了变速箱轴承早期失效的原因,提出避免轴承早期失效的措施。为了使轴承具备良好性能,正确选用和合理使用轴承十分重要,要从轴承的加工、包装、装配、润滑、保养以及与轴承配合零件的质量等多环节进行提升。

| Abstract: | Introduced the early failure mode of transmission bearing, analyzed the early failure reason of transmission bearing, put forward the measure to avoid the early failure of bearing. In order to make the bearing have good performance, correct selection and reasonable use of the bearing is very important, and should from bearing the processing, packaging, assembly, maintenance, lubrication and bearing parts quality and other aspects of promotion. |
