摘    要:目的探讨细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)表达在卵巢上皮性癌发病中的作用。方法应用SABC免疫组化技术,检测40例卵巢上皮性癌、12例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤和10例正常卵巢组织中CyclinD1的表达,并对其表达与卵巢上皮性癌临床分期、组织学分级、组织学类型和生存时间的关系进行探讨。结果CyclinD1阳性表达多见于临床期别晚和生存期短的病例组(P<0.05),低分化者阳性表达高于高分化者,Ⅲ级与Ⅱ级、Ⅰ级比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论CyclinD1表达与卵巢上皮性癌的临床病理指标有关,对估计其进展、判断预后有重要意义。

Abstract:Aim:To explore the potential role of CyclinD1 expression in the progression of ovarian carcinoma.Methods: Using immunohistochemical staining technique to detect the expression of CyclinD1 in 40 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, 12 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumors and 10 cases of normal ovaries. The relationship between the expression of CyclinD1 and 4 parameters: the clinical stage, differential grade, histological type and survival time was analyzed respectively. Results: The expressions of CyclinD1 in cases at poor clinical stage and cases with short survival time were higer than those in cases at good clinical stage and cases with long survival time(P<0.05); the expression was higher in cases at low differential grade than that in cases at high differential grade, and there was significant difference when comparing grade Ⅲ with grade Ⅱ or grade Ⅰ(P<0.05).Conclusion: The expression of CyclinD1 is closely correlated with the clinicopathological parameters of ovarian carcinoma. Detection of CyclinD1 is of some inferential value in estimating the progression and clinical outcome of ovarian epithelial carcinoma.
