摘    要:为了完成某大学DFD风洞的风速控制系统,设计了一套以计算机为中心基于LabVIEW的风速控制系统,给出了系统的硬件设计和软件设计。在提出总体PID控制方案的基础上,对风速控制精度及PID参数整定进行了研究,改善了PID参数整定过程,提出了风速闭环控制量化PID方案。通过LabVIEW程序代码实现了控制软件。实际运行验证了量化PID方法的可靠性及实用性。该系统具有优越性和实用性。

Abstract:In order to accomplish the wind speed control system for DFD wind tunnel in certain university, a set of computerized wind control system is designed based on LahVIEW. Both hardware and software of the system are designed. On the basis of introduction of general PID control strategy, the control accuracy of wind speed and PID parameters tuning are studied. The tuning procedures for PID parameters are improved, and the strategy of wind speed closed loop quantization PID is stated. The control software is implemented through LahVIEW codes. The reliability and practicability of quantization PID method have been proved through practical verification. The system is superior and practical.
