| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨3种药物治疗老年人严重肺部感染的经济学效果。方法：选用文献治疗老年人严重肺部感染的3种药物治疗方案(A-头孢哌酮／舒巴坦、B-亚胺培南／西司他丁与C-头孢他啶)，运用费用-效果分析方法进行评价。结果：C方案是治疗老年人严重肺部感染的3种药物治疗方案的最佳方案。结论：费用-效果分析方法在优化治疗方案，指导经济、合理用药等方面有着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the economic effectiveness of 3 therapeutic schemes for lower respiratory tract infection in the elderly. Methods: Three schemes of the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in the elderly from literatrure cefoperazone/sulbactam(A), imipenem/cilastatin(B), ceftazidime(C) were selected. Data was evaluated using the pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis. Results: According to the evaluation by cost-effectiveness analysis, C was the best scheme. Conclusion: The cost-effectiveness analysis is very important in optimizing therapeutic scheme, guiding rational drug use and increasing economic effectiveness. |
