摘    要:食品营养学课程属性和行业需求与一流课程建设两性一度指导思想三者高度统一。初步形成以学生为中心、产出为导向,强化学生实践技能培养的食品营养学一流课程建设的总体思路,构建了食品营养学案例库并成功实施于教学中,跟踪最近3年的教学效果,对比发现学生的创新意识和实践能力得到较大提高。

Abstract:Food Nutrition curriculum attributes and industry needs are highly unified with the“profoundness-innovation-challenging characteristics”guiding ideology of first-class curriculum construction. The overall idea of the first-class course construction of Food Nutrition,which was student-centered,output-oriented and strengthens the cultivation of students’ practical skills,has been initially formed. The case base of Food Nutrition has been constructed and successfully implemented in the teaching. The teaching effect of the last three years has been tracked,and it was found that the students’ innovation consciousness and practical ability have been greatly improved.
