| Abstract: | The main purpose of this paper is ric sum, the property of character sum and the using the definition of Gauss sum, the estimation analytic method to study the 2k -th power mean of trigonomet- of Diriehlet L - functions with the weight of Gauss sums, and give an interesting distribution formula of mean value. |
