摘    要:目的:探讨健身气功戏对中老年人心理健康的影响,为社区居民更好地开展心理健康活动提供参考。方法:选取临安市区60名50岁以上中老年人,有规律的练习6个月的健身气功,并采用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)对实验前后的中老年人(60人)的心理健康水平进行调查与分析。研究结果:在SRHMS测试中发现经过6个月锻炼后中老年人的正向情绪、身体症状与负向情绪等维度得分较锻炼前具有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01),在健康子量表总分上,心理健康子量表总分较锻炼前具有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:健身气功能够改善中老年人的心理健康,提升生活质量。

Abstract:Objective: to investigate the influence of fitness Qigong on mental health of the elderly,for providing reference to carring out the mental health activities better in communities.Methods: to select 60 people of aged 50 and over in Ling’an city,exercising 6 months of fitness Qigong regularly,and use the self testing health assessment scale(SRHMS) to do the investigation and analysis of the mental health of the elderly(60 people) before and after the experiment.The results: found that positive emotional,physical symptoms and negative mood dimensions scores of the older adults after 6 months of exercise has a very significant difference(P < 0.01) than before exercise through the(SRHMS) test.The scores of mental health subscale has a very significant difference(P < 0.01) In health subscale scores.Conclusion: the fitness Qigong can improve the psychological health of the elderly,to enhance the quality of their life.
