血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与青年脑卒中的相关性研究

目的探讨青年脑卒中与血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）的关系。方法比较65例青年脑出血，85例脑梗死患者和30例健康对照组血浆Hcy、血清VitBl2、叶酸水平。分析年龄、性别、血压、体重指数（BMI）、吸烟、饮酒、血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）对血浆Hcy的影响。结果①青年脑卒中血浆Hcy平均水平明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01），脑出血组血浆Hcy水平高于脑梗死组，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；②血浆叶酸及维生素B12与血浆Hcy水平呈负相关；③Hcy水平与血压、血脂、体重、年龄及性别各指标间无明显关系。结论①血浆Hcy升高是青年脑卒中的独立危险因素，且与脑卒中的传统危险因素无关；②叶酸、维生素B12是Hcy的非遗传性影响因素。

The correlation between plasma homocysteic acid and stroke subtype in youth

Objective To study the relationship between youth stroke and plasma homocysteic acid. Methods All subjects were divided into 3 groups cerebral hemorrhage group (n = 65), cerebral infarction group (n =85)and normal control group(n =30) ,then compared the Hcy,FA and VitB12 levels of each group,and a-was significantly difference between stroke group and control group in Hey level(P < 0.01), and the Hcy level of cerebral hemorrhage group was high than that of cerebral infarction group, but there was not significantly Hcy had no significant correlation with BP,blood fat,body weight,age and sex. Conclusion The Hcy is inde-pendent risk factor for youth stroke, and has nothing to do with traditional risk factors of stoke. FA、VitB12 are non-hereditary influencing factors for Hcy.
