摘    要:LPS-4000型液压双动冲压试验机通过计算机对4个液压缸的压力、位置和速度进行控制,按照设定的冲压顺序,完成整个冲压过程,并实时记录板材在形变过程中应力、应变的变化,以便后续进行材料的性能分析和研究.本文针对其控制要求提出一种基于西门子视窗控制中心(WinCC)和S7-400可编程序控制器的计算机控制系统,阐明了控制系统的总体方案及其控制原理,并介绍了系统硬软件组成和功能以及系统的控制策略.

Abstract:The pressures, positions and velocities of four cylinders of LPS-4000 hydraulic double-action tryout presses are controlled by computer, which sends out instructions to complete the whole press process according to the procedures predetermined. In the mean time, the real-time changes of stress and strain are also recorded by computer, which makes contributions to subsequent analysis and research of material performance. According to its functional characteristics, this paper puts forward one kind of control system which is based on Windows Control Center and S7- 400 Programmable Logic Controller. Moreover, the whole plan, control principle, constitution and function of the control system and its control strategy are illustrated too.
