摘    要:虚拟企业是一种极具价值的社会资产,为了提高虚拟企业的综合竞争力,需要将独立的个体、合作目标以及多种媒体相结合.通过引入非线性退出函数建立一种基于一维Logistic方程的虚拟企业竞争力模型,分析在静态及变动的市场环境下,学习能力与文化对于企业综合竞争力及企业的稳定程度的影响,给出了提高企业竞争力的几种可行的方案,所提出方案可以为虚拟企业运营管理、竞争力评价提供理论支持.

Abstract:Virtual enterprises are a kind of valuable social asset. In order to improve the competitive ability of a virtual enterprise, it is necessary to combine separate individuals, cooperative goals, and muhi-media. A model of the competitive strength of a virtual enterprise is proposed using a nonlinear dropout function, establishing a one-dimensional Lgistic equation. This gives a tool to analyze the influence of learning ability and culture on the competitiveness and stability of an enterprise under static or dynamic market conditions. Several feasible schemes for improving the competitiveness of an enterprises are given. The proposed schemes can offer theoretical support for operational management and assessment of the competitive strength of virtual enterprises
