Fenton试剂处理马铃薯淀粉废水的实验研究

摘    要:为研究Fenton试剂对马铃薯淀粉废水的处理效果,为实际生产提供依据,实验采用静态烧杯实验,通过单因素实验方法考察了Fenton试剂反应的主要影响因素及最佳反应条件。实验表明:在FeSO4投加量为0.3 g/L,H2O2为1.2 g/L,反应时间为30 min,pH值为2的最佳反应条件下,马铃薯淀粉废水的COD去除率最高达68.43%,浊度去除率达98.53%。该方法的处理效果较为明显,可作为马铃薯淀粉废水有效的预处理方法。

Abstract:In order to study the treatment effect of Fenton reagent on potato starch wastewater and provide a basis for practical production, The experiment took the Static beaker experiment methods and investigated the main influence factors and the optimal reaction condition of the Fenton reagent by the single factor experimental methods. It demonstrated that the potato starch wastewater has the highest removal rate of COD at 68.43% and turbidity removal rate at 98.53% under the best conditions for the dosage of FeSO4at 0.3g/L, H2O2at 1.2g/L, the reaction time at 30min and pH at 2. The treatment effect of the method is obvious and can be used as an effective pretreatment method for potato starch wastewater.
