| 摘 要： | 目的 比较香附经二氧化碳超临界流体萃取(SFE-CO_2)后药渣的5种方法提取液(SBE液、WE液、AE液、SBAE液 、WAE液)对兔离体肠平滑肌的影响.方法 以兔离体肠平滑肌收缩频率、幅度和张力为指标,采用BL-420E+生物机能实验系统,比较香附SFE-CO_2后药渣的5种方法提取液对正常及乙酰胆碱作用下的兔离体肠平滑肌的作用.结果 香附SFE-CO_2后药渣的5种方法提取液均能显著降低正常兔离体肠运动的频率和张力 (P<0.05);降低乙酰胆碱作用下离体肠管的幅度及张力(P<0.01);其中SBE提取液与其他提取液相比,表现出更强的抑制作用(P<0.05).结论 香附SFE-CO_2后药渣的5种方法提取液对兔离体肠平滑肌均具有抑制作用,其中SBE提取液的作用最强.
