| 摘 要： | 如何按照医学科学学位博士研究生培养目标的要求，提高博士研究生培养质量，增强博士研究生综合素质，是医学院校努力探索的问题。哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院对医学科学学位博士研究生及其导师进行了问卷调查，了解了博士研究生的培养现状，讨论、分析了影响博士研究生培养质量的相关因素，提出了改进的意见和建议。 |

| Abstract: | The following programmers have becomethe problems worthy of being explored for all universities how to improve the cultivation quality and enhance their comprehensive diathesis according to the cultivation objective of the medical doctors.This article aimed to understand current cultivation situation,discuss and analyze influence factom roundly,raise relative proposals and suggestions to improve the cultiration quality of medical doctors throush carrying out investigation questionnaires for mescal doctors. |
