食品添加剂二氧化碳中乙醇气体标准物质气相色谱分析方法和性能参数的研究

摘    要:文章介绍了食品添加剂二氧化碳中乙醇气体标准物质的分析方法和性能评价方法。采用美国Agilent 6890N气相色谱仪FID检测器,在最佳色谱实验条件下对二氧化碳中乙醇气体标准物质的均匀性、一致性、稳定性(随时间变化、压力变化)进行了考察。研究成果表明二氧化碳中乙醇气体标准物质重量配制的相对扩展不确定度小于2%(k=2)。

Abstract:This paper introduced the analysis method and performance evaluation of ethanol in carbon dioxide gas standard material as food additives.Ethanol series standard gas were analyzed by American Agilent 6890N Gas Chromatograph with FID detector.In the optimum experimental condition,it also presented the results of uniformity, consistency,stability(changes through time or pressure) of ethanol in carbon dioxide gas standard material.The results of the study indicated that the relatively expanded uncertainty of ethanol in carbon dioxide gas standard material prepared by weight method was less than 2%(K=2).
