基于PXI技术的运载火箭控制系统外系统等效装置的设计

摘    要:运载火箭控制系统与外系统的接口功能的检验是控制系统设备交付使用前的必要条件。提出了一种基于 PXI 技术的控制系统外系统等效装置设计方案,该等效装置将控制系统的信号通过相应的调理板电路转换成PXI板卡可以识别的信号,上位机软件按照一定的算法将信号还原成控制系统的输出信号,实现数据的存储与显示。试验结果表明,该等效装置可靠性高且性能稳定,已成功应用于航天测试系统。

Design of External System Equivalent Device Based on PXI Technology
Abstract:The check for interface function between launch vehicle control system and other systems is the requirement that delivered for use. A designing scheme of external system equivalent device based on the PXI technology is proposed. The signal of control system can be converted into the signal that the PXI board can recognize by equivalent device. Upper machine software can recover the signal of control system according to certain algorithm, and realize automatic data storage, display function. The result of test with a certain launch vehicle control system indicates that the external system equivalent is a high reliability and stable function of the equivalent, it has been applied in a space system.
