盆栽龙胆的微体扦插繁殖研究

摘    要:本试验采用5种不同扦插基质及4种不同规格的盆栽龙胆插穗进行微体扦插繁殖试验。结果表明,70%泥炭 30%珍珠岩较适宜龙胆扦插、生根,插穗长度以3节插穗为好。

Abstract:Five types of different soilless mixed media and 4 types of different cuttings were adopted in this trial for miniplant cutting propagation in potted Gentiana scabra Bunge.The results were indicated as follows:70% peat-moss+30% pearilte was quite suitable for the appearance of rooting in Gentiana scabra Bunge,the cuttings with 3 nods were quite good for the rooting growth in the same mixed medium.
