摘    要:为了研究不同材质绝缘子随盐密变化的闪络特性,以XP-160、LXZP-210、FXBW-10/70绝缘子为研究对象在人工雾室中开展了污秽试验,分析了这三种材质绝缘子的闪络电压、闪络电压梯度随盐密变化的规律以及不同盐密下串长与闪络电压的关系;以此为基础,得到了不同盐密下绝缘子闪络电压与饱和盐密下绝缘子闪络电压之间的具体关系,并给出了利用不同盐密下监测得到的闪络电压估算饱和盐密情况下绝缘子闪络电压值的表达式。试验结果表明:复合绝缘子受污秽的影响程度小于玻璃、瓷绝缘子,且其闪络电压梯度较高;不同材质的绝缘子串长与闪络电压大致成线性关系;不同盐密下的闪络电压与饱和盐密下的闪络电压呈线性关系,不同材质绝缘子的估算系数大致相同。

Abstract:In order to study the flashover characteristics of different material insulators with salt density change, the XP-160, LXZP-210 and FXBW-10/70 insulators were used as the research object to carry out the contamination test in the artificial fog chamber, and the three kinds of material insulators were analyzed. The relationship between flashover voltage, flashover voltage gradient and salt density change, and the relationship between string length and flashover voltage under different salt density. Based on this, the insulator flashover voltage and saturated salt dense insulator under different salt density are obtained. The specific relationship between flashover voltages is given, and the expression of the flashover voltage of the insulator under saturated salt density is estimated by using the flashover voltage obtained by monitoring under different salt density. The test results show that the composite insulator is less affected by contamination than glass and porcelain insulators, and its flashover voltage gradient is higher. The insulator length of different materials is roughly linear with the flashover voltage; the flashover voltage under different salt density and The flashover voltage under saturated salt saturation satisfies the linear relationship, and the estimated coefficients a of different material insulators are approximately the same.
