高绝缘距离电磁继电器结构设计研究

摘    要:继电器在进行UL、VDE认证时,经常会碰到绝缘距离审查不过关的问题,本文通过对继电器使用的UL、VDE标准中绝缘距离要求进行简要分析,运用继电器结构设计实例,对各标准中的绝缘距离如何设计进行了阐述,并介绍了UL、VDE标准中绝缘距离要求的不同点。

Abstract:The insulation distance of relays often does not meet the requirements specified in UL and VDE Standards.This article analyses the requirements of insulation distance specified in UL and VDE Standards.Taking the case of Structure Design for Electromagnetic Relays as an example,design methods of insulation distance specified in several different standards were described,and the difference of insulation distance required between UL Standard and VDE Standard were also introduced.
