护理分层级管理模式对泌尿外科护理管理影响

目的集中研究分析护理分层级管理模式对泌尿外科护理管理影响。方法在2017年1-12月未实施护理分层级管理模式来该院泌尿外科就诊的40例患者当做是对比组,在2018年1-12月实施护理分层级管理模式之后来该院泌尿外科就诊的40例患者当做是观察组。结果在进行护理分层级管理模式之后护理人员的各项考核指标均比实施之前好(P<0.05)。实施之后的护理满意程度要比实施之前高(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科护理之中运用护理分层级管理模式可以显著提升泌尿外科护理管理的水平,同时也会加大患者和家属对于护理人员的工作满意度,值得进一步的推广运用。

Impact of Nursing Hierarchical Management Mode on Nursing Management of Urology

Objective To focus on the study and analysis of the impact of nursing hierarchical management mode on nursing management in urology. Methods The 40 patients who came to the hospital for urology from January to December 2017 did not implement the nursing hierarchical management model as a comparison group. The 40 patients who came to the hospital for urology from January to December 2018 and implemented nursing tier management model then regarded as an observation group. Results After the implementation of the nursing hierarchical management mode, the various evaluation indicators of the nursing staff were better than before the implementation(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction after implementation was higher than before the implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing hierarchical management mode in urological nursing can significantly improve the level of u rological nursing management, and it will also increase the job satisfaction of patients and their families to the nursing staff.
