强化护理风险管理对护理不良事件发生率的影响

目的研究强化护理风险管理在降低护理不良事件发生率中的应用价值。方法选取该院2017年6月-2019年6月在该院就职的160名护理工作者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各80名。同时选取接受该次调查的护理人员护理的80例患者作为参与研究对象。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施强化护理风险管理,观察两组护理人员工作中护理不良事件发生情况和护理满意度。结果观察组护理人员工作期出现的不良事件发生率3.75%低于对照组12.5%(P<0.05),观察组护理质量中护理操作(90.28±5.41)分、护理态度(91.67±5.35)分、沟通能力(90.63±5.36)分和处理问题能力(92.65±4.76)分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度为98.75%明显高于对照组91.25%(P<0.05)。结论对护理人员实施强化护理风险管理可有效降低护理工作中不良事件的发生率,保障患者生命安全,应积极推广应用。

Impact of Intensified Nursing Risk Management on the Incidence of Nursing Adverse Events

Objective To study the application value of intensified nursing risk management in reducing the incidence of nursing adverse events. Methods A total of 160 nursing workers who worked in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 80 patients. At the same time, 80 patients cared for by the nursing staff who received the survey were selected as the participating subjects. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given intensive nursing risk management, and the occurrence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group during the working period was 3.75% lower than that of the control group 12.5%(P<0.05). The quality of care in the observation group was(90.28±5.41)points and nursing attitude(91.67±5.35)points The scores of communication ability(90.63±5.36)points and problem-solving ability(92.65±4.76)points were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was98.75% significantly higher than that of the control group(91.25%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening nursing risk management for nursing staff can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in nursing work and ensure the safety of patients’ lives. It should be actively promoted and applied.
