纳米CeO_2的制备及其吸附苯酚性能的研究

摘    要:以Ce(NO3)3.6H2O和氨水为原料,采用凝胶-溶胶法制备纳米CeO2。考察了CeO2焙烧温度和焙烧时间以及吸附时间、苯酚溶液的初始质量浓度和苯酚溶液pH对苯酚吸附率的影响;并采用FTIR、XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附等方法对CeO2进行了表征。实验结果表明,CeO2适宜的制备条件为:焙烧温度400℃、焙烧时间4 h;在苯酚溶液的初始质量浓度40 mg/L、苯酚溶液pH为7、CeO2吸附剂(在适宜条件下制备)0.2 g、吸附时间180 min的条件下,苯酚吸附率达到91.44%;CeO2吸附剂可重复使用5次。表征结果显示,CeO2呈球状,比表面积为93.94 m2/g,孔径约为5.68 nm。

Abstract:Nano-CeO2 adsorbents were prepared by a sol-gel method from cerium nitrate hexahydrate and ammonia.The adsorption of phenol on the adsorbents was studied.The effects of CeO2 calcination temperature,calcination time and adsorption time,and initial concentration and pH of the phenol solutions on the phenol adsorption rate were investigated.The prepared CeO2 was characterized by the means of FTIR,XRD,SEM and N2 adsorption-desorption technique.The results showed that under the optimum conditions of CeO2 calcina...
