| 摘 要： | 通过对后加工33-H加弹机的设备改造，选择合适的工艺路线，使一股135 dtex／72 f POY丝经过加弹后形成DTY，再与另一股86 dtex／48 f POY丝网络合股形成涤纶复合丝。生产中，后加工的关键工艺为：未进行假捻变形的POY喂入速度与第二罗拉表面线速度相近，为609m/min，适当降低第二热箱温度在150℃左右，给以适当的网络20个/m，可生产出性能优异的涤纶POY／DTY复合丝。 |

| Abstract: | The modification was made on 33-H draw-texturizing machine and optimum process was used. A DTY which was made from 135 dtex/72 f POY blended with 86 dtex/48 f POY through interlacing to form POY/DTY blended yarn in the modified 33-H DTY machine. The POY processing speed 609 m/min,secondary heater 150 ℃,interlacing degree 20/m were selected in the production. |
